B-Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6)
Five essential B vitamins that fuel energy metabolism, nervous system function, and cellular repair.
What It Is
The B-complex vitamins are a group of water-soluble nutrients that act as cofactors in hundreds of enzymatic reactions. Thiamine (B1) supports nerve conduction, Riboflavin (B2) drives cellular energy, Niacin (B3) aids DNA repair, Pantothenic acid (B5) supports adrenal function, and Pyridoxine (B6) is essential for neurotransmitter synthesis.
What It Does
- Converts food into usable energy
- Supports red blood cell formation
- Maintains healthy nervous system
- Reduces fatigue and brain fog
- Supports mood regulation
Clinical Considerations
Well tolerated intravenously. Very high doses of B3 (niacin) may cause transient flushing. Not recommended in large doses for active liver disease without medical supervision.
